Coaching a Friend to Officiate Your Wedding

If you would like a Friend or Family Member to Officiate Your Wedding chances are they have never done this before!
One of these packages is for you!

It is common to require support in situations like this.
It is an honour to be asked, however even the BEST presenters in the world get overwhelmed with emotions when "Officiating" for someone so close to their heart.  
Having married thousands of people and witnessing  many a 'cring-worthty' situation was the inspiration to offer this service.

Plus a ceremony is very different from "a best friend's speech". 
For our couples we want to give the option to ensure that your ceremony feels like a ceremony & does not lack elements. 
Keep in mind that there are many prewedding pieces prior to and on the day of that make for a successful experience for all. 

As I, Franesca, also has a Ministry Approved training program, I am very familiar with how to support others.

A few options for you:

1. Paperwork Plus
$445+hst
15min paperwork + 30 min virtual support for officiant + 15 min walkthrough
You come to Francesca's indoor/outdoor space in Liberty Village on a different day or the day of the wedding & we legally sign the documents. 
PLUS Francesca will provide two15 min sessions to coach your "officiant".
First to help create & second to review the script & other important pieces.  
We will do a virtual walkthrough the week of the wedding with Francesca, the couple and the "Officiant".

2. Paperwork at Venue
$495 +hst
30 min  paperwork at Venue+ 15 min walkthrough
Francesca will come to your venue , arriving in time for your ceremony.
When the paper signing time comes she will conduct that portion of the ceremony. 
We will do a virtual walkthrough the week of the wedding with Francesca, the couple and the "Officiant".

3. Paperwork at Venue Plus Mini Wedding Coaching
$585 +hst
30 min paperwork at Venue + 30 min virtual support + 15 min walkthrough
Francesca will come to your venue , arriving in time for your ceremony.
When the paper signing time comes she will conduct that portion of the ceremony.
PLUS she will provide two 15 min sessions to coach your "officiant".
First to help create & second to review the script & other important pieces.
We will do a virtual walkthrough the week of the wedding with Francesca, the couple and the "Officiant".

4. Paperwork at Venue Plus Full Wedding Coaching
$725 +hst
45 min at Venue + 45 min Vision Meeting + 30 min virtual support + 15 min walkthrough
This package is a you will proceed as if Francesca was doing the ceremony. 
We go through her  vision meeting with your "officiant".
This way all the key components are covered.
We will do a virtual walkthrough the week of the wedding with Francesca, the couple and the "Officiant".
Two additional 15 min sessions to coach your "officiant" separate  from the vision meet. First to help create & second to review the script. 
The day of the wedding Francesca will arrive 30 min ahead of time, again as if she was doing the wedding, to oversee all the wedding ceremony pieces. 

 
All packages may have extra travel based on your location. Typically $100-$200 +hst
